Aufgaben
In deiner dreijährigen Ausbildung lernst du den IT-Betrieb von der Pike auf:
- Planung, Installation und Konfiguration von IT-Systemen (Server, Netzwerk, Clients)
- Administration von Windows- und Linux-Umgebungen
- Einrichtung und Betreuung von Netzwerkkomponenten (Switches, Router, Firewall)
- IT-Support und Troubleshooting für interne Anwender
- Dokumentation von IT-Infrastruktur und Prozessen
- Mitarbeit an internen IT-Projekten
Qualifikation
- Mindestens mittlerer Schulabschluss (Realschule oder Abitur)
- Interesse an IT-Systemen, Netzwerken und Technik
- Logisches Denkvermögen und Lust am Problemlösen
- Teamfähigkeit und eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Grundkenntnisse in Englisch (technische Dokumentationen)
Erste Erfahrungen mit PC-Hardware oder Heimnetzwerken sind ein Plus – aber kein Muss.
