Aufgaben
- Du betreust unsere Bestandskunden eigenverantwortlich und bist zentraler Ansprechpartner für Fachabteilungen und Key User
- Du berätst zur optimalenNutzung der Software, analysierst Anforderungen und entwickelst praxisnahe Lösungen
- Du bearbeitest Supportanfragen (Telefon, Ticketsystem, Remote), analysierst Probleme und findest nachhaltige Lösungen
- Du arbeitest bei komplexeren Themen eng mit der Softwareentwicklung zusammen und bringst Kundenanforderungen aktiv ein
- Du unterstützt bei Softwareeinführungen, installierst Systeme, führst Schulungen durch und nimmst an Kundenterminen teil
Qualifikation
- Ausbildung oder Studium im kaufmännischen, technischen oder IT-nahen Bereich
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Software-Support, Consulting oder in der Kundenbetreuung
- Hohe IT-Affinität sowie idealerweise Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen, Datenbanken oder SQL
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit analytischer Denkweise
- Kommunikationsstark, teamfähig, sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Führerschein Klasse B und Reisebereitschaft
