Aufgaben
- Du übernimmst den Direktsupport per Mail und Telefon und bist die erste Anlaufstelle bei technischen und anwendungsbezogenen Fragen rund um unsere Software
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Planung und Strukturierung von Kundenanfragen im Ticket-System, um eine effiziente Bearbeitung der Kundenanfragen sicherzustellen.
- Du fungierst als Ansprechpartner für das Produktmanagement, gibst Feedback aus dem Kundensupport weiter und unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Lösungen.
Qualifikation
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich IT oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, um unsere Kunden kompetent zu betreuen.
- Du verfügst über Erfahrung im IT-Kundensupport und bist sicher im direkten Umgang mit Kunden – telefonisch wie schriftlich.
- Du arbeitest gerne strukturiert und planvoll und hast Freude daran, Supportprozesse aktiv mitzugestalten.
- Du beherrschst SQL sicher und nutzt es souverän in deiner täglichen Arbeit.
- Du denkst lösungsorientiert, erkennst Zusammenhänge schnell und kannst auch komplexe technische Probleme verständlich erklären.
