Die Aufgabe
Du verantwortest das D2C- und Performance-Marketing-Geschäft und gestaltest die nächste Wachstumsphase maßgeblich mit:
- Growth & D2C – Verantwortung für Performance Marketing, CRM und den Online-Umsatz, KPI-basiert gesteuert und mit klarer Wirkung auf Umsatz und Profitabilität.
- Neukundengewinnung & Kanäle – Ausbau der Akquise über Paid, SEO und Social sowie das Testen und Skalieren neuer Kanäle.
- Shop & Conversion – Weiterentwicklung von Online-Shop und Customer Journey entlang der relevanten Kennzahlen.
- Team & Steuerung – Führung des Marketing-Teams und eurer Dienstleister, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Operations und Logistik.
Die Rolle ist bewusst auf Entwicklung angelegt: Mit dem Wachstum des Geschäfts wächst auch Dein Verantwortungsbereich.
Dein Profil
- Ergebnis & Ownership – über mehrere Jahre gewachsene Verantwortung für Performance Marketing und D2C-Wachstum.
- Eigenes Produkt & Marke – Erfahrung in einem Unternehmen mit eigenem physischem Produkt, Gespür für Produkt, Marge und Abverkauf.
- D2C & E-Commerce – Du führst und challengst Performance-Marketing-, CRM- und Shop-Themen KPI-basiert (CAC, ROAS/MER, LTV, Conversion, Deckungsbeitrag). Tiefe ist willkommen, entscheidend ist Urteilsfähigkeit.
- Analytisch & umsetzungsstark – strukturierte, priorisierende Arbeitsweise, hands-on, auch bei begrenzten Ressourcen.
- Sprachen – verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch.
