As a (Senior) Event & Operations Manager, you take on exactly this responsibility. You ensure that the space runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis and that events taking place in our coworking space are professionally organized from planning through to execution. Your contribution makes the difference between a place that simply functions and one that leaves a positive and lasting impression on members, guests, and event attendees.

You plan, manage, and prepare for external and internal events in our coworking space, both before and after the event. You create a positive event experience by identifying needs and proactively finding suitable solutions. You oversee the day-to-day operations of the coworking space and ensure that processes and standards are consistently followed. With your ideas and strategic approach, you continuously develop the coworking space and event management. You coordinate tasks within the team, and create a motivating and inclusive environment.

You have relevant professional experience and/or a suitable degree that provides you with the technical foundation needed for the role. For this position, in-depth expertise in event management and office management is essential. You demonstrate a strong willingness to learn, a hands-on mentality, and a solution-oriented approach. You impress with a reliable, structured, and independent work style and maintain a clear overview even when dealing with complex tasks. You are a talented communicator and find it easy to engage with stakeholders and network confidently in both German and English. You enjoy mentoring and supporting new graduates and interns.

Not required, but definitely helpful

You have experience working in a startup or coworking environment and are familiar with the dynamics of agile work cultures. You are interested in new ideas, trends, and innovations.
