- Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten inkl. Anforderungsanalyse
- Mitarbeit bei Cloud- und Systemmigrationen, z. B. Azure
- Integration, Datenmigration und Weiterentwicklung von openVIVA
- Optimierung von Systemen, Prozessen und Datenflüssen
- Umsetzung von Automatisierungs- und Digitalisierungspotenzialen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen und externen Partnern
Qualifikation
- abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Informatik
- Berufserfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement, in IT-Migrationen sowie mit gewachsenen Systemlandschaften und Cloud-Technologien (z. B. Azure), idealerweise im Versicherungs- oder Finanzdienstleistungsumfeld
- offener Umgang mit Menschen, gute Kommunikation
- ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Umsetzungsorientierung
- hohe Eigenmotivation, Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
- sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
