- Identifikation und Bewertung potenzieller Akquisitionsziele im Versicherungs- und Finanzdienstleistungsmarkt
- Unternehmensanalysen, Financial Modelling und Bewertungen
- Begleitung und Koordination von M&A-Prozessen bis zum Closing
- Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen und Präsentationen
- Unterstützung bei Verhandlungen und Transaktionen
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Partnern
- Entwicklung und Begleitung von IntegrationsstrategienMarkt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen sowie Netzwerkpflege
Qualifikation
- abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Finance, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung im M&A-Bereich, idealerweise in einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft oder Investmentbank, vorzugsweise mit Fokus auf die Versicherungsbranche
- Kenntnisse in Unternehmensbewertung, Finanzanalyse und Transaktionsprozessen
- offener Umgang mit Menschen, gute Kommunikation
- ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Umsetzungsorientierung
- hohe Eigenmotivation, Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaftsichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
