Aufgaben
Du arbeitest an zentralen operativen Themen, die uns skalierbar machen:
- CRM & RevOps: Einrichtung, Optimierung und Pflege unseres HubSpot-CRM – inklusive Flows und Automatisierungen und einer sauberen Datenbasis
- KI & Automatisierung: Interne Prozesse mit KI-Tools automatisieren, Dashboards bauen und Kundendaten auswerten, um Erkenntnisse zu gewinnen und unsere Leadgenerierung zu optimieren
- Events & Messen: Unterstützung bei Messevorbereitung, Teamevents und der Besorgung von Geschenken
- Operations & Finance: Mithilfe bei Buchhaltungsthemen, Bürosuche und weiteren organisatorischen Aufgaben
- Ad-hoc: Direkte Unterstützung des Gründerteams bei strategischen und operativen Themen
Qualifikation
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und sehr hands-on Arbeitsweise
- Affinität zu Tools & Daten – Excel/Sheets sicher; HubSpot, KI-Tools (ChatGPT/Claude) und Automatisierung (z. B. Make/Zapier/n8n) von Vorteil
- Interesse an Startups, Operations und Entrepreneurship – du willst selbst einmal gründen oder in einem High-Speed-Startup arbeiten
- KI ist für dich kein BuzzwordDeutsch und Englisch fließend
