In dieser unbefristeten Vollzeitposition übernehmen Sie die Führung eines fünfköpfigen IT-Service-Teams und gestalten den globalen IT-Support aktiv mit. Dabei erwarten Sie moderne Microsoft-Technologien, internationale Projekte und viel Freiraum, Prozesse nachhaltig weiterzuentwickeln.
Aufgaben
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des IT-Service-Teams
- Verantwortung für den globalen 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
- Steuerung technischer Eskalationen und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Servicequalität
- Weiterentwicklung von ITIL-Prozessen, SLAs und Service-KPIs
- Unterstützung internationaler Digitalisierungs- und IT-Transformationsprojekte
Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Service-Management oder IT-Service-Desk
- Führungserfahrung im IT-Umfeld
- Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows, Active Directory, Intune und Exchange
- Fundierte ITIL-Kenntnisse (Zertifizierung von Vorteil)
- Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
