Aufgaben
- Betreuung, Administration und Weiterentwicklung moderner IT- und SAP-Systemlandschaften
- Entwicklung und Optimierung von SAP-Anwendungen, EDI-Schnittstellen sowie internen Softwarelösungen
- Administration und Überwachung von Netzwerken, Servern und IT-Infrastrukturen
- Einrichtung, Konfiguration und Betreuung von Clients, Hardware und Benutzerkonten
- Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen im First- und Second-Level-Support
- Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten sowie Einführung neuer Technologien und Systeme
- Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen zur Analyse von Anforderungen und Entwicklung passender IT-Lösungen
- Dokumentation, Tests sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender Prozesse
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im IT-Bereich, z. B. als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d), Kaufmann für IT-Systemmanagement (m/w/d), Wirtschaftsinformatiker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem oder mehreren Bereichen wie SAP, Softwareentwicklung, Systemadministration, Netzwerktechnik oder IT-Support
- Kenntnisse in Technologien wie SAP, ABAP, Java, SQL, Netzwerken, Windows-Servern oder EDI sind von Vorteil – je nach Einsatzbereich
- Analytische Denkweise sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team und an der Lösung technischer Herausforderungen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens B2-, idealerweise C1-Niveau
