Werde Teil unseres Teams Corporate Communications & Employer Branding und gestalte mit uns die Kommunikation eines erfolgreichen Beratungshauses. Du unterstützt uns dabei, unsere Themen und Erfolge intern wie extern sichtbar zu machen, entwickelst kreative Inhalte für Social Media und bringst unsere Unternehmenskultur durch authentisches Storytelling zum Leben. Darüber hinaus erhältst du spannende Einblicke in die Pressearbeit, das Eventmanagement und die vielfältigen Kommunikationsaktivitäten eines international agierenden Unternehmens.
Wir suchen einen Werkstudenten (m/w/d) im Bereich Corporate Communications & Employer Branding für mindestens 15h/Woche an unserem Standort in Heidelberg.
Was Dich erwartet
- Unterstützung bei der Planung, Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Inhalten für interne Kommunikationskanäle wie Intranet und Newsletter
- Redaktionelle Aufbereitung von Unternehmensnachrichten, Interviews und Erfolgsgeschichten
- Unterstützung bei internen Kommunikationskampagnen sowie Pflege und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kommunikationsformate
- Erstellung von Social-Media-Content für LinkedIn, Instagram und weitere relevante Kanäle
- Entwicklung kreativer Storytelling-Formate zu Mitarbeitenden, Unternehmenskultur und Karrierethemen sowie Unterstützung bei Redaktionsplanung und Community Management
- Monitoring und Auswertung von Social-Media-Aktivitäten sowie Mitwirkung an Employer-Branding- und Recruiting-Kampagnen
- Unterstützung bei Pressearbeit, Medienrecherche sowie Organisation und Kommunikationsbegleitung von Veranstaltungen, Messen und Recruiting-Events
Was wir uns wünschen
- Eingeschriebene:r Student:in der Kommunikationswissenschaften, Medienwissenschaften, BWL oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen in Kommunikation, Social Media, Marketing oder Employer Branding sind von Vorteil
- Stilsicheres Deutsch sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Kreativität und Gespür für zielgruppengerechte Kommunikation
- Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrungen mit Social-Media-Tools, Canva
