Für ein spannendes Projekt im Bereich Customer Service suchen wir einen Werkstudenten (m/w/d), der bestehende Abläufe analysiert, dokumentiert und Verbesserungspotenziale identifiziert.
Deine Aufgaben
- Dokumentation und Analyse bestehender Prozesse im Customer Service
- Identifikation von Optimierungs- und Automatisierungspotenzialen
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Service- und Planungsprozessen
- Analyse und Dokumentation des Werkzeugreparaturprozesses
- Erstellung von Prozessbeschreibungen, Standards und Richtlinien
- Mitarbeit an Lean- und Continuous-Improvement-Initiativen
Dein Profil
- Laufendes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar
- Interesse an Prozessmanagement, Lean Management und Operational Excellence
- Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Eigeninitiative und Hands-on-Mentalität
