Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced LS Retail & Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in implementing, supporting, and optimizing retail and ERP solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge across Retail, Purchase, Production, and Finance modules along with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support LS Retail and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Handle end-to-end processes in the following modules: Retail
- Purchase
- Production
- Finance
- Analyze business workflows and recommend process improvements.
- Coordinate with technical teams, developers, and business users for successful project delivery.
- Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Support testing activities including UAT and system validation.
- Ensure seamless integration and data flow across modules.
