Job Description

• Lead a team of Java developers in the design and development of software applications; • Provide technical guidance and expertise in Java development best practices; • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions; • Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and ensure adherence to coding standards; • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions; • Analyze and optimize application performance and scalability; • Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies and trends to drive innovation and efficiency. • Lead a team of Java developers in the design and development of software applications; • Provide technical guidance and expertise in Java development best practices; • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions; • Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and ensure adherence to coding standards; • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions; • Analyze and optimize application performance and scalability; • Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies and trends to drive innovation and efficiency.

Skills needed are:

We are looking for a Java Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Java/Spring Boot, frontend development using JavaScript or Python-based web frameworks, and hands-on experience with AWS cloud services such as Amazon Bedrock or Amazon Textract.
