Requirements

• Experience : 16+yrs
• Strong experience in IT delivery, program management, or account management, with a strong track record of leading enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-stream digital transformation programs in global delivery environments.
• Strong people leadership experience with the ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in executive stakeholder management and client relationship management.
• Strong client-facing experience with the ability to engage CIOs, business executives, and senior leadership teams.
• Extensive experience in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and traditional program delivery methodologies.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, governance frameworks, security, and compliance practices.
• Experience managing multi-vendor engagements, distributed delivery teams, and complex program dependencies.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing account P&L, revenue forecasting, margins, utilization, and financial governance.
• Experience supporting contract negotiations, Statement of Work (SOW) creation, renewals, change requests, and commercial governance.
• Exposure to one or more technology domains including Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Data Engineering & Analytics, AI/Generative AI, Enterprise Applications (SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft, ServiceNow), or Modern Application Development.
• Strong risk management, escalation management, and governance experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and executive influencing skills.
• Proven ability to manage high-pressure client environments while driving successful business outcomes.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience collaborating with presales teams on solutioning, proposals, and business growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital transformation programs across multiple business and technology domains.
• Ensure successful program execution by delivering projects within agreed scope, budget, quality standards, and timelines.
• Establish and manage delivery governance models, steering committees, operational reviews, and program management frameworks.
• Drive program planning, estimation, dependency management, resource allocation, execution tracking, and delivery excellence.
• Manage complex delivery engagements involving distributed global teams, multiple vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, DevOps, security, compliance, and organizational governance standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for executive client stakeholders, building trusted relationships and acting as a strategic advisor.
• Lead client governance meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), executive updates, and operational review sessions.
• Identify opportunities for account growth through cross-selling, upselling, and expansion of digital transformation services.
• Own account financial performance, including P&L management, revenue forecasting, margin optimization, utilization, invoicing, and cost control.
• Support commercial activities including contract negotiations, SOW preparation, renewals, change requests, and commercial governance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop program managers, project managers, architects, engineering leads, and delivery teams to build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, hiring, and capability building to support strategic business objectives.
• Proactively identify delivery, commercial, operational, and stakeholder risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Manage critical escalations, resolve delivery challenges, and ensure timely issue resolution through structured governance.
• Monitor program performance through KPIs, SLAs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to ensure delivery excellence.
• Collaborate with engineering, consulting, cloud, AI, data, enterprise application, and business teams to deliver integrated transformation solutions.
• Contribute to strategic planning, technology roadmaps, proposal development, presales activities, and organizational growth initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices, optimizing delivery processes, and enhancing client satisfaction across the portfolio.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
