Für die nächste Wachstumsphase suchen wir dich als Head of Product (m/w/d). Du berichtest direkt an unseren CEO und formst gemeinsam mit deinem Team das Produkt, das Doonails weiter wachsen lässt. ✨
Als Head of Product verantwortest du die Performance unseres gesamten Produktportfolios und setzt die Produktrichtung für die nächsten 1-5 Jahre, über all unsere Categories hinweg, von Press-Ons und Gel Strips bis Care und Accessories.
Produktvision & Roadmap
- Du entwickelst eine klare Produktstrategie über 1-5 Jahre und übersetzt sie in eine priorisierte Roadmap - nach Kundennutzen, Business Impact und Ressourcen.
- Du scoutest Beauty- und Nail-Trends systematisch und erkennst früh, welche Formate, Designs und Innovationen für Doonails relevant werden.
Portfolio-Performance & Operations
- Du verantwortest die qualitative und kommerzielle Performance des gesamten Portfolios - über alle Kategorien (Press-Ons, Gel Strips, Care, Accessories) hinweg - und stellst gemeinsam mit Retail und E-Com sicher, dass jedes Produkt markt- und verkaufsfähig aufgestellt ist.
- Du begleitest den Produktlebenszyklus von der Idee bis zum Launch und entwickelst das Sortiment kontinuierlich weiter.
- Du behältst Umsatz, Marge und Wachstum im Blick und triffst deine Priorisierungen datenbasiert.
- Du steuerst regulatorische Anforderungen (Produktsicherheit, Kennzeichnung, Compliance) im Timing gemeinsam mit unserem Regulatory-/QA-Team - die fachliche Tiefe liegt dort, du sorgst für die saubere Umsetzung im Produkt.
Führung & Zusammenarbeit
- Du führst und entwickelst unser Product Team (6+ Personen) in Köln: fachlich, strategisch und kulturell.
- Du baust das Product Team weiter aus, sodass jede Kategorie (Press-Ons, Gel Strips, Care, Accessories) eigenständig aufgestellt ist.
- Wachstum mit unserer Internationalisierung, mit jedem neuen Markt wächst dein Portfolio

- Erfahrung: Mind. 5 Jahre im Produktmanagement im Beauty-Bereich, davon idealerweise 2 Jahre in einer Führungsrolle - du hast Produkte eigenverantwortlich von der Idee bis zum Launch gebracht.
