Deine Substanz
Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Kommunikations- oder Agenturdesign mit und bewegst dich sicher zwischen Print, Digital und Markenentwicklung. Du hast bereits Kreativteams geführt, förderst die Entwicklung deiner Mitarbeitenden und sorgst für eine konstant hohe gestalterische Qualität. Du denkst strategische Designfragen mit, berätst Kund:innen auf Augenhöhe und entwickelst gemeinsam mit deinem Team überzeugende Lösungen. Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma sowie nodebasierte Tools wie Krea, Weavy oder Midjourney beherrschst du sicher. Neue Technologien wie AI und generatives Design setzt du gezielt ein, um Arbeitsweisen zu optimieren und Designprozesse kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
Dein Trip
Du verantwortest Kampagnen, Markenauftritte und komplexe Layouts für unterschiedlichste Healthcare-Maßnahmen – von Broschüren und Messekommunikation über digitale Designs bis hin zu KI-Kampagnen. Gleichzeitig führst und entwickelst du das Designteam, steuerst Ressourcen und bringst neue kreative Impulse in die Agency. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Agency Head zusammen, berätst Kund:innen auf strategisch-kreativer Ebene und spielst bei Pitches und Neugeschäft eine zentrale Rolle.
