Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
- Koordination und Organisation sämtlicher Arbeiten in der Pflanzenproduktion
- Führung und Betreuung von Feldbeständen
- Planung und Überwachung von Pflanz-, Pflege- und Erntemaßnahmen
- Fachliche Anleitung und Führung von Mitarbeitenden
- Koordination der Arbeitsabläufe im Team
- Einsatz moderner Landtechnik und digitaler Lösungen
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im landwirtschaftlichen Bereich, z. B. als Landwirt (m/w/d), Landwirtschaftsmeister (m/w/d), Agrartechniker- Landbau (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Praxiserfahrung in der Pflanzenproduktion und Bestandsführung
- Erste Führungserfahrung und Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Technisches Verständnis und sicherer Umgang mit moderner Landtechnik
- Führerschein der Klasse B und T
