Du studierst BWL, Personalmanagement, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder bist in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang Idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen im HR-Bereich, z. B. durch ein Praktikum oder eine Werkstudententätigkeit Interesse an HR-Themen und Motivation, praktische Einblicke in die Personalarbeit zu gewinnen Selbstständige, zuverlässige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise sowie Kreativität und Freude daran, eigene Ideen zu entwickeln und einzubringen Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
