Aufgaben
- HubSpot & Marketing-Automation: Konzeption, Aufbau und fortlaufende Betreuung unserer HubSpot-Umgebung sowie von Automatisierungsprozessen.
- KPI-Erfassung & Reporting: Konkreter Aufbau, Tracking und Analyse relevanter Marketing- und Vertriebs-KPIs (z. B. Conversion Rates, Website-Performance und Lead-Generierung) zur datenbasierten Optimierung.
- Content & Website: Betreuung unserer Firmenhomepage, Erstellung von Landing Pages und SEO-optimierten Inhalten.
- Marketingmaterialien: Konzeption und Erstellung zielgerichteter Unterlagen (z. B. Präsentationen oder Case Studies).
- Schnittstelle zum Vertrieb: Enge Zusammenarbeit, um Marketingprozesse optimal an Kundenbedürfnisse und den Vertriebserfolg anzupassen.
Qualifikation
- Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Wirtschafts-,Medien- oder Kommunikationswissenschaften
- Erste praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Marketing-Automation / HubSpot sowie Affinität für Daten und Kennzahlen
- Stilsicheres Ausdrucksvermögen sowie sehr gute Rechtschreibung und Grammatik
- Selbstbewusstes Auftreten, zielorientiertes und eigenständiges Arbeiten
- Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
