Role Overview
The Working Student, Website and Organic contributes to the implementation of Chaos's digital marketing strategy, supporting the Team Lead, Website & Organic in developing the e-commerce platform. The role carries direct ownership of projects related to user research, user experience, and conversion rate optimisation across global web pages, and contributes to building AI-enabled workflows that allow the Website & Organic team to scale its processes. This position is designed for a student looking to develop practical skills within a professional digital environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct market and user research in collaboration with the marketing team to provide data-driven analysis for website experience improvements.
- Work with internal and external teams to create and optimize user journeys with a measurable impact on Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
- Utilize the Content Management System (CMS) to create new and update current pages based on team briefs and research; is responsible for launching site campaigns and supporting digital projects for multiple stakeholders.
- Collaborate with different marketing teams to implement digital marketing initiatives with a focus on SEO/GEO, community, and product marketing.
- Develop agentic and standard automations to support the website and organic teams.
Required Experience
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Marketing, or a related field and provide valid proof of enrollment.
- Previous experience building digital products, using no-code tools, or using agentic workflows is a strong advantage.
- Experience in SaaS, digital-first, or e-commerce environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Clarity is an advantage.
- Familiarity with SEO or GEO principles is an advantage.

- Communication: Excellent command of English is mandatory for articulating complex ideas and producing high-quality written briefings.
Please note: This is a working student position, limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week during the semester. Applicants must be currently enrolled at a university and provide valid proof of enrollment (“Immatrikulationsbescheinigung” in Germany). Compensation is hourly €18.
