WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will be part of the Supply Chain & Planning Technology (SCPT) Portfolio & Operations team, helping establish and mature SCPT’s operational footprint in Nike’s India Technology Center (ITC). You will report to the Director, SCPT ITC Operations and work in close partnership with Domain Portfolio & Operations Leaders to facilitate delivery within the Sub-Domain you support. You will collaborate directly with Product and Engineering leaders, Program Operations peers, Portfolio team and Initiative Program Managers, across locations in India, the US, and Europe.

The right person brings strong program operations discipline, practical agile delivery experience, and the ability to turn data and metrics into clear insights that help leaders make informed decisions. They are comfortable partnering in a matrixed environment, influencing through trust and clarity, and improving operating standards without adding unnecessary process.
- 7+ years of experience in program operations, technical program management, delivery operations, agile delivery, or a related technology operations role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
- Demonstrated experience supporting agile teams and delivery practices, including practical use of tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Experience creating dashboards, reports, and communicating operating insights that provide transparency into team health, progress, risks, and delivery effectiveness.
- Strong facilitation skills, including experience supporting planning rhythms such as quarterly planning, retrospectives, and operational readouts.
- Proven ability to partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations leaders to identify friction, clarify accountability, and improve ways of working.
- Comfort operating across geographies, cultures, and time zones, with a collaborative style that builds connection and alignment across distributed teams.
- Curiosity and practical experience using automation or AI-enabled tools to simplify work, improve consistency, and scale operational practices.
- Preferred: experience with supply chain and/or planning technology delivery.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will champion delivery excellence across Supply Chain & Planning Technology by driving consistent operating standards, delivery frameworks, and execution practices. Your work will provide clear visibility into team health, program execution, and operational effectiveness so leaders and teams can make better decisions, address risks sooner, and continuously improve how teams deliver.
Sub-Domain Delivery Partnership — Operate in close partnership through a dotted line relationship with the Domain Portfolio & Operations Leader to facilitate delivery within the sub-domain and help translate operating standards into practical execution.
Agile Tools and Standards — Drive consistent use of agile tools, program standards, and delivery practices, including Jira, Confluence, and related operating mechanisms.
Quarterly Planning Readiness — Support the quarterly planning process and facilitation by ensuring teams are prepared, aligned, and set up for successful execution.
Dashboards, Reporting, and Insights — Create and maintain dashboards and reporting that provide transparency into team performance, progress, and risks; use insights to highlight gaps and drive improvements.
Operational Improvement — Actively surface inefficiencies or gaps in squad operations and work with teams to implement practical improvements that increase delivery effectiveness and predictability.
Change Management — Lead adoption and change management of new tools, processes, and ways of working so teams understand what is changing, why it matters, and how to apply it.
Product and Engineering Partnership — Co-create and collaborate with Product and Engineering partners to evolve squad operating standards and agile ways of working.
AI-Enabled Ways of Working — Identify and drive operational and process improvements that increase efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness across SCPT, using AI-enabled tools to experiment, learn, and scale what works.
Program Delivery Support — Support program delivery within the sub-domain on an ad-hoc basis in alignment with the Domain Portfolio & Operations Leader.
Initiative Program Partnership — Partner with Initiative Program Managers, where applicable, to facilitate delivery and support program objectives.
Local Execution for Cross-Domain Work — Drive and support local execution of cross-domain or SCPT-wide programs during local business hours.
