Für Picmondoo® suchen wir einen Creator Coach (m/w/d), der unsere Creator dabei unterstützt, auf Social Media zu wachsen, besseren Content zu produzieren und ihre eigene Community aufzubauen.
Aufgaben
- Du coachst unsere Creator rund um Instagram, TikTok & Co.
- Du analysierst ihre Social-Media-Accounts und ihren Content
- Du zeigst ihnen konkret, was sie verbessern können
- Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit ihnen Strategien für mehr Reichweite, Follower und Engagement
- Du gibst Feedback zu Reels, Videos, Hooks, Storytelling und Content-Ideen
- Du vermittelst verständlich, wie Social-Media-Algorithmen und guter Content funktionieren
- Du erkennst Trends und zeigst unseren Creatorn, wie sie diese für ihre Accounts nutzen können
- Du unterstützt Creator dabei, ihren eigenen Stil und eine aktive Community aufzubauen
- Du verfolgst die Entwicklung der Accounts und leitest daraus konkrete Optimierungen ab
Qualifikation
Uns ist praktische Erfahrung wichtiger als irgendein bestimmter Abschluss.
Besonders wichtig: Du solltest selbst einen aktiven Social-Media-Account im Kreativ-, DIY-, Bastel- oder vergleichbaren Bereich haben und bereits eigene Erfahrungen mit dem Aufbau von Reichweite und Community gesammelt haben.
