Aufgaben
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für Paid Social bei likeyaa und baust den Bereich strukturell mit aus, in enger Abstimmung mit unserem Head of Data & Growth und dem Strategy Team
- Du planst, setzt auf und optimierst Paid-Social-Kampagnen auf Meta und TikTok sowie Demand-Gen-Kampagnen auf YouTube/Google für unterschiedliche Kunden
- Du übernimmst sowohl die Budget- und Kampagnensteuerung einzelner Kampagnen, als auch die Steuerung ganzer Accounts gegen harte Sales Ziele
- Du analysierst Kampagnen-, Funnel- und Shop-Daten und leitest daraus konkrete Optimierungen für Creatives, Targeting und Budgetverteilung ab
- Du entwickelst zusammen mit Data & Growth Reportings und Dashboards weiter und definierst KPIs
- In enger Abstimmung mit der Konzeption entwickelst du hypothesengetriebene Briefings, damit Creatives gezielt auf Performance-Ziele einzahlen
- Du berätst deine Kunden auf Augenhöhe zu Performance- und Tracking-Themen und präsentierst Ergebnisse und Handlungsempfehlungen in Meetings
- Testing ist Daily Business: Du prüfst systematisch neue Ansätze, skalierst was funktioniert und entwickelst Strategien laufend weiter
Qualifikation
- Du hast mind. 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung im Performance Marketing (Meta, idealerweise auch TikTok), z.B. aus einer Agentur oder einem E-Commerce-Umfeld
- Du bringst Erfahrung mit YouTube/Google Demand Gen mit
- Planung, Steuerung und Skalierung von Conversion- und Sales-Kampagnen gehören zu deinem Daily Business, du verstehst wie Creatives im Performance-Kontext wirken
- Du bringst Eigeninitiative mit, um Prozesse und Reportings für ein neues Themenfeld bei uns mit aufzubauen
- Gute analytische Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse der gängigen KPIs
- Praktische Erfahrung mit dem Meta Business Manager und dem Google Ads Manager
- Du trittst sicher gegenüber Kunden auf und kannst Zahlen verständlich erklären
- Eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Deutsch und Englisch sicher in Wort und Schrift
