Aufgaben
- Du entwickelst, planst und realisierst Content für Instagram und TikTok.
- Du baust unser internationales Creator-Netzwerk auf: von der Recherche und ersten Ansprache über DMs bis zur Anbahnung von Kooperationen.
- Du betreust laufende Creator-Kooperationen und koordinierst Briefings, Produktversand, Follow-ups und Reposts.
- Du pflegst unsere Creator-Datenbank und sorgst dafür, dass Kontakte, Gespräche und Kooperationen strukturiert dokumentiert sind.
- Du koordinierst UGC-Produktionen mit Creators und Agenturen.
- Du beobachtest Social-Media-Trends und erkennst frühzeitig, welche Formate, Themen und Creator zur Marke passen.
- Du bringst Ideen und Feedback aus der Community ins Team ein und entwickelst daraus gemeinsam mit uns neuen Content.
Qualifikation
- Du hast eine ausgeprägte Leidenschaft für Beauty, Skincare, Marketing oder Design.
- Du kennst aktuelle Trends auf Instagram und TikTok und hast ein gutes Gespür dafür, was als Nächstes relevant wird.
- Du erkennst, welche Creator zu einer Marke passen und welche nicht.
- Du hast Freude am Schreiben von DMs und am direkten Austausch mit Menschen.
- Du besitzt ein gutes Gefühl für Content, Sprache und Ästhetik.
- Eigene Erfahrung in der Content-Erstellung, Videobearbeitung oder im Creator Marketing ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch, da unser Team und unser Creator-Netzwerk international sind.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und zuverlässig und bringst angefangene Aufgaben konsequent zu Ende.
- Du hast mindestens 15 Stunden pro Woche Zeit. Ob Vollzeit, Teilzeit oder Werkstudium, finden wir gemeinsam heraus.
