- Organisation und Koordination von Foto- und Video-Produktionen
- Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern
- Analyse der Social-Media-Performance anhand relevanter KPIs
- Ableitung datenbasierter Optimierungsmaßnahmen
Qualifikation
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. Marketingkommunikation, E-Commerce oder Dialogmarketing
- Alternativ Ausbildung als Mediengestalter (m/w/d) oder Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation oder Medienmanagement
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Social Media Management und/oder in der Content Creation
- Fundierte Kenntnisse gängiger Social-Media-Plattformen
- Erfahrung in der zielgruppengerechten Kommunikation
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Storytelling
- Erfahrung mit Social-Media-Tools wie Canva, CapCut und Meta Business Suite
- Erfahrung in der KPI-Analyse und Performance-Optimierung
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1
