- Analyse relevanter Social-Media-KPIs und Erstellung von Reportings
- Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Steigerung von Reichweite und Engagement
- Beobachtung aktueller Social-Media-Trends und Entwicklung neuer Formate
Qualifikation
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Social Media Management bzw. Digital Marketing
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der gängigen Social-Media-Plattformen
- Erfahrung in der Content Creation und im Storytelling
- Sicherer Umgang mit Tools wie Canva, CapCut und Meta Business Suite
- Erfahrung mit Influencer- und Creator-Marketing
- Kenntnisse in der Analyse und Interpretation von Social-Media-Kennzahlen
- Kreativität und Gespür für aktuelle Trends und zielgruppengerechte Inhalte
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und sicherer Schreibstil
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
