Als Senior Controller (m/w/d) bist du das analytische Rückgrat der SelectLine Holding. Du sorgst für ein effizientes, zukunftsfähiges Reporting und berätst die Geschäftsleitung und Stakeholdern mit fundierten Analysen und konkreten Handlungsempfehlungen. Du arbeitest eng mit Geschäftsführung, Buchhaltung und Vertrieb zusammen und trägst damit direkt zur strategischen Steuerung der gesamten Unternehmensgruppe bei.
Berichtsweg: Head of Finance
Aufgaben
- Aufbau und Überwachung von Budgetprozessen: Planung, Forecasts und regelmäßige Forecast-Updates
- Erstellung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresberichten
- Management-Reporting für Geschäftsführung und Stakeholder
- Internes Berichtswesen inkl. Budgetkontrolle und fundierter Kommentierung
- Ad-hoc-Analysen und Business-Partnering: du unterstützt Führungskräfte direkt bei operativen Entscheidungen
- Entwicklung von Forecasting-Modellen
- Aufbau von Management-Reports und KPI-Dashboards mit modernen BI-Tools
- Automatisierung von Reportingprozessen (ETL, Datenmodellierung)
- Du bist bereit, 1-2 Mal im Monat nach Magdeburg zu reisen, um unser Team vor Ort zu treffen
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsinformatik mit Schwerpunkt Controlling
- Mehrjährige Praxis im Controlling. Idealerweise ergänzt durch Erfahrungen in Finanzcontrolling, Consulting, WP oder Corporate Finance
- Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse, Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, Datenbanken, Analyse-Tools und Power BI
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, hohe Zahlenaffinität und ein sicheres Gespür für die Aussagekraft von Kennzahlen
