Aufgaben
Hauptaufgabe ist das betreuen der größten Unternehmer und Personenmarken im DACH-Raum
- Onboarding neuer Kunden und sauberer Start in die Zusammenarbeit
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Bestandskunden
- Regelmäßige Check-in-Calls und enge Abstimmung
- Support- und Chatanfragen zuverlässig und schnell beantworten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Lucas Kleinecke und Top-Unternehmern im DACH-Raum
Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im Social-Media-/Content-Bereich (eigene Agentur oder Selbstständigkeit ein klares Plus)
- Erfahrung im direkten Kundenkontakt und im Handling von Kundenbeziehungen
- Gutes Gespür für Copywriting und Social-Media-Content
- Strukturiert, zuverlässig, pünktlich, ambitioniert und diszipliniert
- Wohnhaft in oder um Mannheim bzw. umzugsbereit (Vollzeit, vor Ort)
