As a Director of Product Management at Snowflake, you are responsible for architecting the strategy and execution of Snowflake's unified transactional portfolio with the goal of building a $1B+ business. You will unify transactional and analytical data on a single open and governed platform to power AI-driven solutions for customers. This is a high-impact, 0-to-1-to-100 role where you will shape Snowflake's OLTP strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and build a differentiated, world class OLTP product to market at scale.
AS A DIRECTOR OF PRODUCT AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL: :
- Lead the market-defining evolution of our transactional data engine, optimizing the relationship between Snowflake Postgres and Unistore to maximize growth
- Develop a product vision and strategy focused on a differentiated OLTP product offering, including investment in new products and partnership strategies
- Build and drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Developer Relations to bring products to market and sustain significant business growth
- Integrate Snowflake's transactional offering deeply into the Snowflake AI product portfolio, enabling solutions across Cortex, Apps, and AI-powered interfaces
- Develop and execute partnership strategies with apps and AI platforms to position Snowflake's OLTP products as the preferred OLTP database
- Lead, develop, and evaluate a high-performing product team to ensure efficient and impactful execution across the product lifecycle
WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:
- Proven ability to lead 0-to-1-to-100 product motions, from initial launch through large-scale adoption
- 12+ years of Product Management experience, with a track record of driving significant business growth
- Experience leading product portfolio strategy in high-growth, complex enterprise software environments.
- Experience scaling complex data systems or OLTP platforms (e.g., Postgres, MySQL SQL Server, or Oracle)
- Experience crafting ambitious product vision and strategy and executing against it to achieve measurable business outcomes at scale (e.g., 100M+ to 1B+ revenue)
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with demonstrated ability to partner with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Developer Relations
- Experience managing and developing product teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments
WHY JOIN OUR TEAM AT SNOWFLAKE?
