Im Auftrag unseres Partnerunternehmens in München suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als „Projektassistenz (m/w/d)“.
Aufgaben
- Als Projektassistenz (m/w/d) bearbeiten Sie definierte Projektvorgänge und unterstützen bei nationalen sowie internationalen Projekten
- Sie pflegen Projektdaten in SAP, erstellen Projektunterlagen und bereiten Informationen für Auswertungen und Reports auf
- Darüber hinaus prüfen Sie Rechnungen und stellen abrechnungsrelevante Unterlagen vollständig zusammen
- Sie koordinieren organisatorische Abläufe und arbeiten eng mit kaufmännischen sowie technischen Projektbeteiligten zusammen
- Zusätzlich unterstützen Sie bei Transport- und Exportvorgängen und berücksichtigen die relevanten gesetzlichen Vorgaben
Qualifikationen
- Sie verfügen über eine Ausbildung als Industriekaufmann (m/w/d), Kaufmann für Büromanagement (m/w/d), Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Zudem bringen Sie bereits Erfahrung als Projektsachbearbeiter (m/w/d), Projektassistent (m/w/d), Projektkoordinator (m/w/d) oder Kaufmännischer Projektmitarbeiter (m/w/d) mit
- Erforderlich sind mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Projektsachbearbeitung sowie ein gutes kaufmännisches Verständnis
- Zusätzlich verfügen Sie über gute Kenntnisse in SAP, MS Excel und idealerweise MS Project
- Wichtig sind eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
