Im Auftrag unseres Partnerunternehmens im Westen von München suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als „Sachbearbeiter Zoll Import & Export (m/w/d)“.
Aufgaben
- Als Zollsachbearbeiter (m/w/d) wickeln Sie Import- und Exportvorgänge eigenständig ab und überführen Waren in die erforderlichen Zollverfahren
- Sie erstellen und überwachen Zoll- sowie Ausfuhranmeldungen und stellen die ordnungsgemäße Dokumentation sicher
- Darüber hinaus prüfen Sie Sanktions- und Embargovorgaben und klassifizieren Waren nach den relevanten Güter- und Zolltarifen
- Sie verwalten Zollbewilligungen und stellen die Einhaltung aller zoll- und exportkontrollrechtlichen Vorgaben sicher
- Zusätzlich stehen Sie Behörden und internen Fachbereichen als kompetente Ansprechperson für Zoll- und Exportthemen zur Verfügung
Qualifikationen
- Sie verfügen über eine Ausbildung als Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung (m/w/d), Kaufmann für Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement (m/w/d), Industriekaufmann (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation
- Sie bringen bereits Erfahrung als Zollsachbearbeiter (m/w/d), Exportsachbearbeiter (m/w/d), Import-Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) oder Mitarbeiter Zollabwicklung (m/w/d) mit
- Erforderlich sind mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Import- und Exportabwicklung oder eine entsprechende Zusatzqualifikation im Zollwesen
- Zusätzlich verfügen Sie über Kenntnisse in ATLAS sowie einen sicheren Umgang mit SAP
- Wichtig sind sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie eine sorgfältige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
