Sie möchten anspruchsvolle Kundenprojekte steuern, als fachliche Ansprechperson für Projektteams agieren und gleichzeitig Strukturen nachhaltig verbessern? In dieser Position übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle an der Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Consulting, Produktmanagement und Entwicklung. Neben der erfolgreichen Umsetzung komplexer Projekte tragen Sie dazu bei, Standards, Prozesse und Best Practices aufzubauen und weiterzuentwickeln. Gesucht wird eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigenverantwortung, ausgeprägter Hands-on-Mentalität und einem guten Gespür für unterschiedliche Stakeholder
Aufgaben
- Steuerung und Begleitung komplexer Kundenprojekte sowie professionelles Stakeholder-Management
- Früherkennung und aktive Steuerung von Risiken, Herausforderungen und Eskalationen
- Sparringspartner für Consultants bei fachlichen und projektrelevanten Fragestellungen
- Weiterentwicklung von Projektstandards, Templates und Monitoring-Prozessen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Produktmanagement und Entwicklungsteam
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaft, Finance, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projekt- oder Engagement-Management, idealerweise im IT-, Beratungs- oder Finanzumfeld
- Fundiertes Finanzverständnis sowie Interesse an komplexen Software- und Digitalisierungsthemen
- Ausgeprägte Organisationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und pragmatische Hands-on-Mentalität
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
