Sie möchten Wissen verständlich aufbereiten, Lernprozesse gestalten und dazu beitragen, dass neue Produktfunktionen intern sowie bei Kunden erfolgreich eingesetzt werden? Die Rolle bietet viel Gestaltungsspielraum und die Möglichkeit, Strukturen von Grund auf mitzuentwickeln.
Aufgaben
- Aufbau und Pflege einer zentralen Wissensdatenbank sowie produktbezogener Dokumentationen
- Entwicklung von Schulungs- und Lernkonzepten für Mitarbeiter und Kunden
- Planung und Kommunikation neuer Features, Releases und Produktänderungen
- Einsatz von KI-Tools zur Erstellung und Optimierung von Lern- und Wissensinhalten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produkt-, Entwicklungs-, Consulting- und Vertriebsteams
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Pädagogik, Kommunikation, Betriebswirtschaft, Finance oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Erfahrung im Projekt-, Prozess- oder Product-Enablement-Umfeld, idealerweise bei einem B2B-Softwareprodukt
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Freude an bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
- Interesse an Technologie, Softwareprodukten, KI-Anwendungen und komplexen Themenfeldern
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
