Support Customer Success: Assist in engaging with customers to understand their technical needs and use cases for Isarsoft Perception. Bridge Tech & Requirements: Work alongside our engineering team to help translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements. Hands-on Technical Support: Partner with sales and engineering teams during technical workshops, product demos, and onboarding. Product Improvement: Help investigate new feature opportunities based on real user data and customer feedback.
Enrolled student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field (ideally with at least 2 semesters remaining). First practical experience (through projects, internships, or courses) in SQL, Python, and working with APIs/SDKs. Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset with a focus on helping users. Fluency in both English and German (min. C1 level required). Ability to work up to 20 hours/week during the semester (flexible during semester breaks).
Familiarity with Docker or Linux environments. Basic understanding of Computer Vision or AI applications. Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced tech environment Modern development workflow proficiency, including the confident and reliable use of AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor). Strong foundation in version control systems (Git) and hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines
