Als Werkstudent Talent Acquisition (all genders) übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle für unser Wachstum. Du steuerst das Recruiting für unsere Werkstudent:innen und Praktikant:innen von A bis Z, führst erste Kennenlerngespräche und sorgst für eine erstklassige Candidate Experience.
What to expect
- End-to-End-Recruiting: Du verantwortest den kompletten Recruiting-Prozess für unsere Early Careers (Werkstudent:innen und Praktikant:innen) – vom Hiring-Kickoff bis zur Vertragsunterschrift.
- Bewerbermanagement: Du sichtest eingehende Bewerbungen, triffst eine erste Vorauswahl und dokumentierst alle Schritte strukturiert und zuverlässig im ATS.
- Candidate Experience: Du führst erste Kennenlerngespräche, bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für Bewerbende und sorgst für eine wertschätzende Candidate Journey.
- Interviewkoordination: Du planst Interviews, stimmst dich eng mit den Hiring Teams ab und behältst den Überblick – insbesondere bei Terminen vor Ort.
- Daily Business & Projekte: Du packst im Tagesgeschäft mit an, übernimmst organisatorische Aufgaben und bringst deine Ideen in laufende Talent-Projekte ein.
