GTME Ecosystem Recruiting Partner
Clay coined the term GTM Engineering in 2023. At that time, almost no one had heard of a GTM Engineer. Today, 54% of the fastest-growing private B2B SaaS companies have a GTM Engineer, and the hiring rate has 6x'd in the last 24 months. With the rise of GTM Engineers, our customers are increasingly looking to find the best talent to power their GTM systems.
We've launched an initiative to connect our customers with our incredible and growing community of GTM operators, and we've already helped multiple companies make hires. Now we're looking for someone to take this to the next level: a passionate recruiter, community builder, and "matchmaker" who can serve as the bridge between exceptional GTM talent and our growing list of customers.
What You'll Do
- Take the matching program from high-taste manual motion to scalable program. We’ve validated this team from zero-to-one. You'll build the one-to-ten: vetting rubrics, intake processes, ENT-side pipeline management, and the lightweight systems that let match quality hold as volume grows.
- Own GTME vetting end-to-end. Define what strong GTME talent means. Design the vetting experience.
- Build the ENT-side pipeline. Today ENT-side demand is largely inbound and relationship-driven. You'll build the sourcing, qualification, and account management motion that makes ENT-side supply as reliable as GTME supply for matching candidates.
- Run the matching motion. For now, match-making is a human judgment call, and should stay that way until we have the data to systematize. You'll run matches personally, learn what works, and continue to iterate.
- Enable GTM teams to attract, assess and retain great talent. Clay defined the role, and we need to continue to define how people build GTM teams - from hiring to developing great GTMEs.
- Get people excited about pivoting into the GTME role! You’ll help build hype around the coolest new job in GTM and tech!
Who You Are
- Experienced in recruiting, talent, or GTM hiring
- You've scaled a talent function, a marketplace, a matching motion, or a two-sided community
- Comfortable running a high-touch motion - The matching work is calls, judgment, pattern-matching, and trust-building. If the idea of a 30-minute intake call with every candidate sounds tedious, the role won't work.
- Experience using AI to solve problems, and taste and judgement to know when not to use AI
