Als Werkstudent: in (m/w/d) im Bereich Projektunterstützung (15 bis 20 Stunden / Woche) unterstützt du uns dabei, individuelle Befragungslösungen für unsere Kunden umzusetzen. Du tauchst ein in die Startup-Welt und arbeitest von Anfang an eigenverantwortlich an spannenden Projekten.
Aufgaben
- Du unterstützt uns ab Oktober 2026 bei unseren Kundenprojekten
- Du bereitest Mitarbeiterdaten für Befragungen auf und sorgst dafür, dass Strukturen und Auswertungen sauber stehen
- Du organisierst und begleitest Projekte von Anfang an mit
- Du setzt individuelle Befragungslösungen über unsere Online-Plattform um
- Du unterstützt uns bei der Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden
- Du tauchst in unser abwechslungsreiches Tagesgeschäft ein und arbeitest hands-on mit
Qualifikation
- Du bist immatrikuliert als Student:in während der gesamten Dauer der Werkstudententätigkeit
- Dich begeistert es, Unternehmen dabei zu unterstützen, ihre Unternehmenskultur und Mitarbeiterbindung zu stärken
- Du arbeitest gerne mit Daten und behältst auch bei größeren Datensätzen den Überblick
- Du bringst gute Excel-Kenntnisse mit und sorgst dafür, dass Zuordnungen und Auswertungen sauber stehen
- Du erledigst Aufgaben sehr verlässlich und strukturiert
- Deine Arbeitsweise zeichnet sich durch hohe Genauigkeit und Liebe zum Detail aus
- Softwarekenntnisse: gute Kenntnisse in MS Office Programmen
