Aufgaben
- Administration, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung unserer Business-Anwendungen und IT-Plattformen
- Optimierung von Applikationen, Prozessen und Systemlandschaften in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen
- Betreuung von Server-, Hypervisor-, Datenbank- und Backup-Umgebungen
- Sicherstellung von Verfügbarkeit, Performance und IT-Sicherheit unserer Systeme
- Unterstützung bei Infrastrukturprojekten, technischen Changes sowie Patch- und Vulnerability-Management
- Betreuung von CRM-, Atlassian-, Power BI- und Power Apps-Lösungen
- Mitarbeit an nationalen und internationalen IT-Projekten sowie Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen
Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Systemadministration, IT-Infrastruktur oder Enterprise Applications
- Gute Kenntnisse in Windows Server, Virtualisierung und Microsoft SQL
- Erfahrung mit Backup- und Recovery-Lösungen sowie IT-Sicherheitsanforderungen
- Kenntnisse in CRM-Systemen, Atlassian, Power BI oder Power Apps von Vorteil
- Analytische, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Serviceorientierung sowie starke Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
