Zur Verstärkung unseres Expertenteams bei unserem Kunden aus dem Bereich Defense & Security in Ottobrunn suchen wir einen DevOps-Engineer/Systemadministrator (m/f/x) in Festanstellung bei K-tronik. Aufgaben:
- Gewährleistung einer komplexen, stabilen Toollandschaft für den Softwareentwicklungsprozess
- Gewährleistung der stabilen Einsatzbereitschaft von IT-Systemen, Test- und Prüfsystemen und Anlagen
- Erstellung ausgewogener Inbetriebnahmespezifikationen mit entsprechender Dokumentation
- Unterstützung interdisziplinärer Projektteams, Fach- und Führungskräften durch Definition von Systenkonfigurationen und Prüf- und Wartungsplänen
- Erfassung und Dokumentation fehlerhafter Ereignisse, arbeiten bei vor-Ort-Einsätzen an deren Beseitigung
- Eigenverantwortliche Installation und Wartung der Kundensysteme national und international
- First-Level-Support und Repräsentation des Unternehmens insbesondere bei vor-Ort-Einsätzen
- Hauptansprechpartner:in für Kolleg:innen und Leitung von Teilprojekten
- Unterstützung der Akquise- und Vertriebstätigkeiten mit dem Schwerpunkt Service und Maintenance
Qualifikationen:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, vergleichbarer Abschluss oder mehrjährige Erfahrung
- Fundierte Erfahrung in der Konzeption, Aufbau Durchführung und Wartung komplexer IT-Systeme und CI/CD-Pipelines in virtueller Umgebung; zusätzlich praktische Erfahrungen im Konfigurationsmanagement für komplexe Produkte
- Vertraut mit Installation, Konfiguration und Maintenance von Windows- und Linux-basierten Tools sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse von modernen IT-Konzepten wie z. B. Virtualisierungen (z. B. MS Hyper-V, virtuelle LANs)
- Praktische Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Kunden-Service-Portalen und Ticket-Systemen im Umfeld agiler Prozesse (z. B. JIRA Service Desk)
- Erfahrungen im speziellen Umfeld militärischer Normen und Freigabeprozesse, ein militärischer Hintergrund sowie praktische Kenntnisse bzw. Zertifikate im Umfeld ITIL und/oder V-Modell XT sind deutlich von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie interkulturelle Kompetenzen und Erfahrungen im direkten Kundenkontakt
- Nationale und internationale Reisebereitschaft
