We are looking for a User Experience Designer to help us shape the design of new features and enhancements. This person should have a passion for usability, an eye for visual consistency, and a knack for reducing complex problems to simple, intuitive experiences.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-evolving product environment and have an interest in how emerging technologies, including AI, can be thoughtfully incorporated into user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate, suggest, and spearhead major UI refactoring initiatives to create an intuitive and consistent user experience.
- Design elegant solutions to complex workflows and product challenges.
- Act as the user advocate throughout the development process, subjecting early-stage designs to usability testing or expert review and offering implementation suggestions from a user-centered perspective.
- Act as the “go-to” person with in-depth knowledge of user interface best practices, design standards, and emerging UX patterns.
- Use research-related services, theories, and methods to support design recommendations and decisions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, behavioral specifications, personas, and other UX deliverables.
- Learn from user research, usability studies, analytics, and user feedback to continuously improve product experiences.
- Keep the interface beautiful, consistent, accessible, and easy to use. Direct the visual appearance of new features and enhancements across our software applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other stakeholders to translate user and business needs into effective product experiences.
- Contribute to the design of AI-enabled product experiences, ensuring that AI interactions are intuitive, transparent, predictable, and aligned with user needs.
- Explore and apply emerging AI-assisted design and research tools where they can improve design exploration, prototyping, research synthesis, or overall design efficiency.
- Help identify opportunities where AI can simplify complex workflows and create meaningful improvements to the user experience.
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Master’s degree in Design or a related field from premier institutes.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates your design process, problem-solving approach, and ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- 3–5 years of experience working on UX for software products, web applications, mobile applications, and/or complex websites.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, information architecture, usability, and visual design.
- Ability to develop UX deliverables such as workflows, early conceptual designs, wireframes, prototypes, usability improvements, mock-ups, and style guides.
- Ability to work effectively with business, product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled design/research tools and the ability to thoughtfully evaluate where AI can improve the design process or user experience is a plus.
