- Provide on-site technical support during online classes, interviews, webinars, and internal meetings.
- Ensure all technical equipment is operational before scheduled sessions.
- Prepare reports on recurring technical issues and recommend preventive measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve technical processes and user experience.
Required Skills
