PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES: Responsável por promover a adoção e o amadurecimentodas práticas e cultura ágeis em toda a organização da Fábrica de Software e atuarcomo mentor(a) para as equipes e líderes, garantindo a eficiência e a adaptabilidadena entrega de valor. Conduzir cerimônias de descoberta de novos produtos e serviços.
Conhecer técnicas e práticas ágeis bem como de ferramentas e modelos de Coaching para maximizar a performance de indivíduos e times envolvidos nos ecossistemas ágeis;
Atuar na facilitação de eventos para divulgar e esclarecer as características da cultura Lean e Agile;
Treinar e desenvolver conhecimentos, habilidades e atitudes necessárias para formação de times, definição de propósito, melhoria contínua e resultados;
Atuar como agente de mudanças e manutenção da cultura Lean e Agile nos times e na empresa.
Requisitos
Superior completo. Certificações avançadas em metodologias ágeis. Experiência desejável: 05 anos atuandocomoAgile Coach em projetos de grande porte. Conhecimentos em metodologias ágeis.
