ROLE OVERVIEW
This role owns the end-to-end creative pipeline for performance marketing. You will plan what content gets made, brief agencies and in-house teams to produce it, review output for quality, and use performance data to refine what gets made next. It requires both program management rigour and strong content instincts.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build and maintain monthly content demand plans across product categories, platforms, and campaign types.
- Write detailed, production-ready creative briefs specifying hook angles, product claims, tone, format, and platform constraints.
- Develop high-volume hook banks and video scripts with structural variety across formats.
- Review agency and in-house creative output against briefs. Use performance metrics to identify winning patterns and inform future briefs.
- Analyse ad performance data to connect creative decisions to business outcomes.
- Manage content pipelines across multiple workstreams, tracking deliverables, flagging gaps, and maintaining production timelines.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
- 2–5 years of work experience in content strategy, performance creative, or growth marketing at a D2C brand.
- Ability to read and interpret ad-level performance data; you understand what ROAS, CPLPV, and CTR indicate and how they should inform creative decisions.
- Ability to build and manage structured content systems (demand plan, content calendars, throughput tracking) in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) in repeatable content workflows.
