About the Role

Lead and scale the platform powering production AI systems. Own the strategy and execution behind cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, and reliability practices — ensuring systems remain secure, observable, and resilient. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives at every level: defining long‑term infrastructure strategy, solving production incidents, and mentoring high‑performing engineers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and evolve multi‑cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP
  • Lead and grow a high‑performing Infrastructure/Platform Engineering team
  • Build infrastructure as code (Terraform or equivalent) for reproducible environments
  • Design and improve CI/CD systems for secure, reliable delivery
  • Establish world‑class observability across metrics, logs, traces, and alerting
  • Drive reliability practices: incident response, on‑call ops, SLOs, error budgets, disaster recovery, blameless postmortems
  • Partner with Security and Engineering leadership to embed security by default and maintain compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2, CMMC)
  • Continuously improve developer experience through automation and platform tooling

Qualifications
