Farmer Outreach Telecallers - Hindi & Bengali

Position: Telecaller

Location: Remote

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Talk to farmers over call based on the provided SOP.
• Access and review project dashboards to validate photographs and videos submitted by field staff against defined project requirements.
• Verify the accuracy, completeness, and relevance of photographic evidence captured in the field.
• Identify and flag discrepancies, errors, or missing data in submitted records.
• Maintain a log of validation findings and ensure timely communication of issues to the respective field teams.
• Share daily updates on identified issues and required corrective actions via email.
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure prompt resolution and resubmission of corrected evidence.
• Support continuous improvement of data validation and reporting processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Qualification: Anything above 12th is acceptable, but a graduate degree is preferred. Knowledge of agriculture practices, especially AWD is preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with farmers and rural stakeholders.
• Prior experience is preferred.

Language Requirements:

• Must be a local candidate who can fluently speak and understand the local district/state language.
• Proficiency in Hindi and Bengali is preferable.
