- Create responsive designs that deliver a consistent experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Development, Marketing, CRM, and other teams from concept through implementation.
- Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation and maintain high visual quality.
- Use research, analytics, user feedback, and product insights to identify UX improvements.
- Continuously improve existing interfaces through iteration, testing, and optimization.
- Stay current with iGaming design trends, competitor products, UX best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Design with accessibility, responsible gaming principles, and market-specific requirements in mind.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of UI/UX or Product Design experience, preferably within iGaming, gaming, fintech, entertainment, or another fast-paced digital product environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating polished UI design and thoughtful UX problem-solving.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, Auto Layout, prototyping, and design systems.

Nice to Have
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development principles.
- Experience working with analytics and behavioral tools.
- Experience designing gamification and reward mechanics.
- Motion design or micro-interaction experience.
- Experience working with international or multi-market products.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsible gaming UX.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for more than someone who can make screens look good.
You should be able to understand player behavior, business objectives, and product requirements, then turn them into experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and commercially effective.
You care about the details, challenge weak UX, communicate your design decisions clearly, and enjoy building digital products that players genuinely enjoy using.
