We are looking for experienced Design & Frontend Specialists with expertise spanning product design, UX research, UI/visual design, design systems, and frontend engineering.

What You’ll Do
Design & Technical Analysis
- Analyze product and design challenges and articulate decision-making rationales in clear, structured written English.
- Critically assess design and engineering approaches.
- Document the advantages, disadvantages, constraints, and strategic implications of different approaches.
- Explain technical and design decisions in a way that can be understood by varied audiences.
Design Documentation & Technical Writing
- Draft, review, and refine design documents, usability reports, research summaries, RFCs, ADRs, and related analytical materials.
- Produce high-quality written deliverables that clearly document design and technical reasoning.
- Communicate complex concepts with precision, structure, and attention to detail.
Research & Synthesis
- Analyze and synthesize complex design and technical information.
- Produce detailed reports on user research findings.
- Identify key insights and translate research findings into actionable recommendations.
- Organize complex or nuanced information into accessible content tailored to diverse audiences.
Design Systems & Frontend Architecture
