About the role

We’re looking for an Independent End Point Assessor (IEPA) to join our End Point Assessment team, supporting the Social Care standards.

This role may be ideal for you if you've worked as a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, Lead Practitioner, Team Leader, Senior Care Worker, Lead Adult Care Worker, Adult Care Worker, Care Coordinator, Service Manager, Supported Living Manager, Domiciliary Care Manager or Assessor within Adult Social Care.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the future workforce by assessing apprentices at the final stage of their journey. You’ll use your professional expertise to evaluate performance, ensure high standards, and help learners achieve their full potential.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Delivering EPA in line with the Social Care Standards
  • Utilising NCFE Apprenticeship Services EPA platform to record EPAs and interact with apprentices
  • Attending standardisation events to ensure quality, compliance, and consistency
  • Communicating with apprentices, ITP’s and employers on EPA and grading

We’d love to hear from you if you offer the following:

  • A recognised Assessor qualification (A1, CAVA, or equivalent)
  • At least 3 years’ occupational competency within the Social Care sector
  • Experience of producing clear and accurate reports
  • Good IT Skills
  • A full valid driving licence as travel (essential)
