Job Description:
Support the Knowledge & Learning team in maintaining knowledge base materials and assisting with the coordination and delivery of learning and training activities, while gaining hands-on exposure to knowledge management and learning & development practices.
- Assist in developing, organizing, and updating knowledge base materials, manuals, FAQs, and documentation for internal teams and/or customers, under the guidance of the Knowledge & Learning team.
- Support reviews of the customer-facing knowledge base to help keep content accurate and up to date with the latest product and service information.
- Help prepare materials, logistics, and content for training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs for employees.
- Help maintain and organize records related to learning tools and platforms (e.g., LMS).
- Track participation and progress of training initiatives, and help prepare simple summary reports for the team.
Requirements:
- Final-year student or recent graduate (any major); currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree.
- Available to intern for a minimum of 3 months.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to express information clearly and simply.
- Interest in knowledge management, learning & development, training, or content creation is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and organized, able to help manage multiple small tasks or projects at once.
- Collaborative mindset and comfortable working with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams.
- Fast learner, proactive, and adaptable to new tools and processes (e.g., LMS, Knowledge Based Tools).
- Basic proficiency in common productivity tools (e.g., MS Office).
